Newport Beach

Every year my family rents a couple of beach houses near the water & this year we went for a few days. It was SO COLD! Katie didn't like the wind & we figured this out the first day we were there, the first & only walk down to the beach. Luckily Melissa was there & took a picture so I have proof. :) And even though it was cold Payton was determined to have fun. See her in the background trying to keep warm.
It was cloudy almost the whole time. We were 3 houses away from the boardwalk & it was at least 10 degrees warmer at the house then at the water.

The kids loved LOVED making & destroying the sandcastles that were made.

Payton & Ryan had so much fun together!
Being clothed didn't make a difference to Payton, if she was close to the water she was near it!
We had such a good time! Next year I hope the sun decides to join us.
